Existing memberships are to be renewed on the 1st February each year. New applicants seeking membership during the course of a membership year will only be accepted after approval has been obtained from the General Committee Meeting members present.
All applications will be dealt with in accordance with club procedures.
Points earned on your members card can only be used to buy drinks etc not membership or swapped for cash. When membership is complete you will need to pick your members card up from the bar.
Some Ticketed events members will have to pay to get in the clubhouse that day. For some Events members will need to pay for a ticket.
Hawkinge Cricket Club take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your membership and to provide you with the services relevant to your membership.
